Rental fees include full use of all Prospect House facilities and parking area for the full day of your event, along with all in-house furniture, lighting, and audio systems. Also included in the weeks prior to your event is a two hour weekday photography session, a one hour weekday vendor walk through session, and a one hour rehearsal session the day before the event.

Furniture includes:

  • 180 natural wood indoor dining chairs
  • 220 white resin outdoor ceremony chairs
  • 40 natural wood rectangular dining tables (72" x 42")
  • 10 round dining tables (72" diameter)
  • 10 indoor / outdoor bar-height cocktail tables (25" diameter)
  • 150 linear feet of built-in banquette seating (approximately 75 seats)

We have developed a list of preferred vendors that we are happy to provide upon request. We require that caterers provide full-service catering and remain on site until the conclusion of events. We also require that guests retain the services of a planner or coordinator who will be on site during the day of the event.

Prospect House does not restrict our guests to the vendors on our preferred vendor list but require caterers and planners not on the list to be submitted for consideration and approval. Approval of caterers or planners not on the preferred vendor list may be conditional upon an increase in the refundable damage deposit.

All bartending services must provide proof of liquor liability insurance and TABC certification.
